The staff were very good, really kind; the comfy room in a nice atmosphere was thoroughly enjoyable.

The place was moderately priced. I stayed here 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was savoury with healthy options, and the staff was thoughtful.

Well, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Rewritten: The hotel rooms were really comfortable and pleasant with a great atmosphere. the location was fantastic, and the staff were excellent throughout my stay. I enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll around the city center, which is just a short distance from the hotel.

Very nice staff. We were immediately given tips for activities. Very good beds. There was always coffee available.

The breakfast could be a little more varied.

Hated that they use plastic plates at Breakfast. Terrible carbon footprint there. Disgraceful.

We were offered excellent service during our stay. The room was immaculate with lovely beds. The bathroom was particularly good. The location was great, close to Plymouth Rock, various restaurants, and Martha's Vineyard.

Unfortunately it was very cold in the room which made the stay with baby a bit difficult. I'm afraid there was a draught under the doors too. The beds were a bit too soft and saggy for our taste.

I found the front of house very friendly and helpful, in particular Kim-Marie who had all the answers to questions we asked and booked us in to our next two destinations in New England at Best Westerns. We stayed at 4 in all during our trip but this one was the best. The breakfast was varied and good the beds comfortable,rooms attractive and all spotless. It was a very pleasnt location and close to restaurants. We were on a 3week tour of New England and we used this hotel for 5 days as a base for visiting Cape Cod,Martha's Vineyard,Rhode Island,whale watching and of course Plymouth itself.

Plenty of space. Quite good buffet breakfast. Comfortable room. Free use of laptop in reception.

No hair drier or ironing facilities.

The room was very well kept. The TV was a good size. The location to downtown Plymouth was good. My room in the top building was a very nice and quiet location. The breakfast was adequate.

Doesn't have restaurant facilities for room service and when you are alone, you may not want to go out to eat. The toiletries were a little sparse. No lotion and no name brands.
